We'll Be Right Back 04-24-24

It's been a hard week here in Ramirez land.

I apologize for the lack of delivered cartoons this week. Normally I’m vigilant to be on time in all things, especially when others depend upon it.

This week I had a diverticulitis flare that knocked me flat and transported me, via ambulance over mean roads to the local hospital, where I have been fighting the disease.

I will have a lot to say regarding the miracle of strong painkillers, the sinful loss of nurses, and our crumbling healthcare system later, after I'm up to interviewing staff and administrators.

Michael has not been able to publish either because he is also under the weather and frantically catching up to deadlines with little or no sleep. I do hope to be back home on Monday and return to my duties, starting with a big catch-up.

It’s taken me two days to tap this missive out on my phone, so I will end it here, and do a proper catch up tomorrow. Once again, apologies for the delay
