Michael Ramirez: You Can't Take it With You 4-25-25
From America's Premier Editorial Cartoonist
Rest in Peace. Pope Francis 1936-2025 -Michael
Editor’s Note: I’ve always noticed and admired a certain classiness among conservatives when a significant figure has passed away, even when that figure is one they might have some personal disagreements with. Michael’s cartoon after former president Jimmy Carter died, for example, depicts Jesus leading him to heaven with words of camaraderie as a fellow carpenter. Compare this with publicly-expressed leftist sentiments after the passing of any significant right-winger for a sobering and sad contrast.

Thank you for supporting Michael’s editorial cartooning and writing at this great independent space. And thank you, most of all, for standing up for free speech and truth, both of which are under attack everywhere.
We’ll see you soon with more of Michael’s work, and as always, let us know what you think in the comments, or drop us a line at ramireztoons@gmail.com
As you can imagine, we receive many emails, and Michael reads everything you send with one exception: I regret that I cannot share your cartoon ideas. As an editorial artist, every original cartoon he publishes must spring from within his mind, though I will happily forward your good wishes, complaints, concerns about issues, or opinions about politicians who seem to make a mess of everything. Michael tries to keep his finger on the pulse of America, so what’s on your mind? What can we do better? Let us know in the comments or by emailing the editor, Bree Lindquist, at breelinguist@gmail.com. We would love to hear from you and will do our best to respond soon.
Best,
Melissa Praemonitus (personal manager for Michael P. Ramirez)
